HELLO! I’ve been making props and costumes for over 20 years and I'm lucky enough to have my own studio - Chandos Atelier - in Redland, Bristol.

I started running 'Creative Maker' sessions from this workshop in early 2017 when I returned home after years working around the world, and I love them. These sessions are unprescribed, playful explorations of methods and materials. Children (and adults) are free to make choices, and then change their minds - there is no right or wrong, just safe practice and exciting art discoveries.

In 2018 I started running After School Creativity Clubs. These have been so well received that we now see more than 120 children a week - offering a chance to explore creative ideas & spend an hour fiddling and inventing - the perfect antidote to school!

Each new theme we explore leads to such brilliant makes. Click here to see a small selection of our weekly discoveries.
